The NURIT Credit Cart Processing Terminals are advanced and truly compact point-of-sale (POS) terminals with a built-in fast printer supporting credit, debit, check,electronic benefits transfer (EBT), phone cards and other electronically submitted transactions including those made by the use of Smart Chip Cards. The NURIT Credit Card Processing Terminals are exceptionally user friendly and very fast due to its high-speed built-in thermal printer that eliminates the need for costly ribbon replacement , thus substantially reducing mechanical malfunction and increasing transaction speed. The NURIT's large, high contrast alphanumeric LCD display and menu-driven software, together with four programmable function keys, allow the user to access every feature of the terminal easily and quickly.

The NURIT Credit Cart Processing Terminals are very reliable and compact integrated electronic transaction terminals housing a fast and extremely quiet built-in thermal printer. The terminals are designed for multi-application point-of-sale (POS) purposes using credit, debit, smart chip cards, electronic benefits transfer (EBT) phone cards and other electronically submitted transaction methods. In addition, as in all of the NURIT series of terminals, check verification processing is handled easily and quickly. The NURIT's large, high-contrast alphanumeric LCD display and menu driven software, in addition to its four "soft" keys and four programmable function keys, allow the user to easily and quickly access all of the terminal's powerful features. Advanced communications techniques and mature software, combine to make this terminal fast, while exhibiting a very low error rate. Besides smart card applications, the NURIT Credit Cart Processing Terminals support both synchronous and asynchronous communication networks, thus allowing for multiple card use, but uses minimal transaction routing links for flexible and cost efficient processing.

The NURIT Credit Cart Processing Terminals are compact terminal and printer packages that combines ease of use and high performance into a compact and affordable package. The NURIT Credit Cart Processing Terminals have many of the features of the plus 4 "soft keys." These are keys that are directly below the large back lit LCD and will respond to prompts and icons on the screen. In addition the NURIT 2085 features 4 programmable "hot keys" that are programable to access features at the touch of a button.

Models available:

  • NURIT 2085 - The unit also uses the same thermal printer mechanism as the high performance Nurit 505 printer. The 2085 prints highly legible receipts at a speedy 12 lines per second.
  • NURIT 2085 Plus - This model includes an internal PIN pad.
  • NURIT 2085U - This special version of the 2085 comes with a 5 to 9 hour UPS battery, making it ideal for use with a cellular phone for portable/mobile transactions.
